At Jack Black, we stand behind the quality of our premium grooming products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return any item purchased directly from our website within 45 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
